Life Apps Part 4: Rest

Have you ever felt like there are just not enough hours in the day? More to get done than you can possible handle, stressed out, overwhelmed, and on the verge of just giving up? I think we all have.  God gave us Life App #3 Rest, to help us deal with these situations. God modeled the idea of Rest through creation and the life of Jesus.  A rested heart is a ready heart, ready to love and serve.
